    Singh Acquisition's strategic focus is to assist their clients in renovating and managing multi-family apartments, commercial retail, office buildings and residential housing in core markets throughout the Southeast United States.

    With a global staff of 25 employees, Singh Acquisitions Group provides management services for our clients real estate portfolio. Combined, we provide consulting and renovations on a portfolio of our clients' multifamily communities with more than 1200 apartment homes, with a gross value in excess of $185 Million.

    Management - Director of Strategy Consulting

    Singh Acquisitions is looking to bring on a Director of Strategy Consulting. We are looking to double in our strategy consulting practice and investments in the next year and need an individual with deep industry experience in this field to manage this endeavor.

     

    Description : The Managing Directors are eager to grow the firm and believe that we have the infrastructure, internal resources, and access to deal flow to do so. We would like to double our AUM (to ~$100MM) within the next 2+ years, which we can achieve by deploying $50MM per year during this time period. To pursue our growth objectives, we are looking to hire a Director of Investor Relations who can take complete ownership of our fundraising and investor relations functions.

     

    More specifically, this individual will be responsible for:

    • Leading the Strategy Consulting Practice and manage senior consulting staff.
    • Sourcing new investors • Preparing and presenting marketing material • 
    • Managing all aspects of investor communications, including involvement in the generating of reporting materials. 
    • This person will be involved in strategic discussions regarding their investment strategies and their appeal to investors. 

    The Director of Strategy Consulting will have:

    • 10+ years of experience in a related field • Extensive experience with a Real Estate Investment firm in a similar role 
    • Experience working directy with investors and growing these relations with a note-worthy firm (preferably in the Atlanta, GA or Southeast area) 
    • Experience managing all aspects of investor communication, including involvement in the generating of reporting materials 
    • Experience with strategic discussions regarding investment strategies and their appeal to investors

    Deal Team - Strategy Investment Analyst

    Singh Acquisitions is seeking a Real Estate Strategy Investment Analyst, typically a three-year assignment in the Analyst Program. Based on business needs, strong performance and mutual agreement, a one or two-year extensions may occur. The successful candidate would play an important and integral role on the team.
     
    This position offers an outstanding opportunity to learn and develop a broad range of financial, credit, real estate underwriting, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.
     
    Job Duties/Responsibilities 
    • Provide analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, property valuation, investment credit review, and preparation of loan briefs for investment committee approval. 
    • Assist senior members of the team with all aspects of the loan process, including initial structuring, underwriting, closing and asset management. 
    • Assist with all aspects of the loan origination process, including the modeling and evaluation of new investment opportunities, sensitivity analysis, analysis of the risks and mitigating factors of potential investments, due-diligence review, preparation of authorization memos, and loan closing. 
    • Interact professionally with internal credit, legal and loan origination personnel and externally with borrowers, third-party service providers, rating agencies and bond investors. 

    Qualifications Requirements and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Real Estate or other similar major. 
    • Prior experience in the real estate and/or finance field is preferred. Multifamily housing experience is a plus. 
    • Strong quantitative skills and established analytical ability. 
    • Demonstrated interest in capital markets and commercial real estate. 
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
    • Familiarity with MS Office applications, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) & ability to learn new applications 
    • Excellent communication, team work and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
    • Willing to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
